1. How long does it take for my item to be shipped?
Our products are typically dispatched from our
warehouse within 1-3 business days of your payment being received and
processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for our delivery partners
to deliver your item once it has been dispatched, although the
following estimated shipping times is a good guide:
- New South Wales: 1-5 business days
- Victoria: 2-7 business days
- Queensland: 2-7 business days
- South Australia: 2-7 business days
- Tasmania: 3-10 business days
- Western Australia: 4-10 business days
- Northern Territory: 4-10 business days

2. How much postage do I have to pay for my order?
Nothing. Nada. Zip. Every purchase you make on The Storehouse comes with Free Delivery! We'll deliver all your orders to whatever tiny remote town you want them delivered to. Oh, and we also take care of the big cities too, of course.

3. Do you do international shipping?
Normally we only ship within Australia, however in some circumstances we may be able to organize international delivery. Please contact our customer support team on 1300 787 271 to find out more.

4. Can I pickup from your warehouse or arrange pickup via my own courier?
Currently we are unable to organize for customer pickups or private courier pickups, however as we are expanding, we hope to offer a pickup option in the future. Nevertheless in certain situations pickup can be organized, please contact our customer support team on 1300 787 271 to see if this is possible.

When will my package be delivered? What if I'm not at home for delivery?
Our items are usually delivered via Australia Post
eParcel and supplier trucks. As we have no control and guarantee over our shipping companies'
delivery times, we cannot advise exactly when the item will be
delivered. Nevertheless, if nobody is available to sign for your delivery, that's no problem. A delivery notice will be left in your mailbox, informing you that your item can be collected from the post office. Most post offices will hold the item for at least a month (depending on the size of the item).
For larger bulkier items, courier services
like Star Track Express or Australian Air Express will be used - and if no one is avaialble to take delivery, a note will be left to make alternate delivery arrangements.
Please be aware our shipping policy as below:
The Storehouse's Delivery On The House Free Delivery policy provides customers with free delivery for the initial delivery attempt made. In the event of failed delivery attempts, it is the
customer's responsibility to contact the freight carrier responding to the attempted delivery cards left, to organise for a
suitable delivery day and time to achieve a successful delivery.
In the unlikely event that the parcel(s) is returned to us, the parcel(s)
will not be redispatched until postage has been repaid by the customer
to cover the cost of sending the parcel a second time. If the customer does not
wish to repay for postage for re-dispatch of their order they have the
option to cancel their order and receive a full refund for their order
less a $15 restocking fee and less postage costs associated with the
rejected return of the parcel back to The Storehouse.

6. Can I send an order to an address different from my billing address?
Of course! You can send an order to a different
delivery address, or even to a specific person at a different delivery address. When placing your order, just be sure to change the Delivery
address to where you want it to be delivered.

7. Can I get my order delivered on a specific day / time?
Unfortunately not. As many things are out of our control, we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date or time. As such, to ensure early arrival of your purchase, we encourage you to order as early as possible and to provide prompt payment to minimize delays.
Rest assured that we are always striving for the fastest processing and
dispatch of your order and will always to our best to get your order
out to you ASAP.

8. Can I hold the delivery date?
Yes! If you are going for a holiday or will simply be unavailable during a certain period, simply contact us with your order details (Order Number) after your purchase and let us know when you will be unavailable so we can deliver outside of those times.
